"You gifted me this. No matter how dark the world might get, I will always know that the light is right around the corner," he continued. "My beautiful boy Ziggy."
Peyton Meyer Talks 'He's All That'
After 'He's All That,' a spin-off of 1999's 'She's All That,' premiered, Peyton Meyer talked about his character, Jordan, and how he is following in Matthew Lillard's footsteps.
"Yes. Jordan... What a piece of work. He was a clown," Meyer said in an interview at the time. "It was interesting, because, obviously, they both had this Instagram-slash-music blowing up at the same time. And you got to see the direction of how differently it affected their lives."
"I think Jordan obviously carried it the way of, 'I'm gonna keep this fa?ade up as long as I possibly can,' and I think Padgett went through the real-life situation of, 'It hit me, I'm humbled. I fixed it, and I'm back up.' I think it was so cool to be able to watch the differences between the two characters, and what social media can do," he added.
What Is 'He's All That?'
Per Collider, the official description of 'He's All That' is as follows:
In this reimagining of 1999’s She’s All That, Padgett (Tik Tok star Addison Rae) has mastered her perfect high school life: She’s a popular beauty influencer with a huge following, and her hot pop star boyfriend makes her the envy of everyone on her feed. But after she catches him cheating while livestreaming, she goes viral for all the wrong reasons. To repair her reputation, Padgett makes a risky bet that she can turn her scruffy antisocial classmate Cameron (Cobra Kai’s Tanner Buchanan) into prom king material. Things get complicated when she finds herself falling for him IRL—and learning no one is quite who they seem on social media, least of all herself.
Peyton Meyer (Jordan Van Draanen) stars alongside Addison Rae (Padgett Sawyer), Tanner Buchanan (Cameron Kweller), Rachael Leigh Cook (Anna Sawyer), Madison Pettis (Alden Pierce), Isabella Crovetti (Brin Kweller), Matthew Lillard (Principal Bosch.)
