With Thanksgiving behind us and Christmas in the not-so-distant future, we are all busy running around checking items off of our holiday season “to do” lists. Cutting and decorating trees, finding that perfect gift and spreading joy helping others, although enjoyable, can leave us all a bit burnt out.
