Holly Madison and Pasquale Rotella split after nearly 5 years of marriage
Holly Madison and Pasquale Rotella are going their separate ways. The former Girls Next Door star and the Electric Daisy Carnival founder decided to divorce ahead of their fifth wedding anniversary. They share two children: daughter Rainbow Aurora Rotella, 5, and son Forest Leonardo Antonio Rotella, 2.
Madison, 38, has yet to comment on the news, but Rotella announced on Instagram on Tuesday that they “amicably” decided to separate. “First and foremost, we are forever partners and parents to two beautiful children, and are fully committed to raising them in an environment filled with love and positivity,” he wrote.

According to court documents obtained by the Blast, Madison filed papers on Aug. 31. People reports Hugh Hefner’s former girlfriend has relocated from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and is “doing OK.”
Madison and Rotella began dating in 2011, three years after she split with Hefner. The former E! star moved to Las Vegas to pursue a career as a burlesque dancer and showgirl, which is where she met the festival promoter. They wed in 2013 at Disneyland.
In an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal last year, Madison seemed happy in her marriage.
“I feel like that’s what I was always looking for all along, but, as I was growing, you learn that you have to find yourself first. The right person isn’t going to come along until you’re confident, until you’ve gone out there and lived life. I’m glad that it happened that way,” she said at the time.
Madison even said the pair want more children: “I think we definitely want more kids, but I want to wait a couple years and get used to what we have and do other things. Even if it’s when I’m older and we adopt kids, that’d be great too.”
