How To Make Milk Steak: Gross, Weird ‘Always Sunny’ Recipes You Cook At Home
Everybody knows what milk steak is, and if you don’t serve it over hard, you best throw it right in the trash can, buddy!
Over the past twelve seasons, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia has introduced the world to a number of horribly disgusting culinary delights, like Charlie’s favorite, the milk steak with a side of jelly beans served raw. And YouTube chef Andrew Rea took that order as a challenge!
Calling himself Oliver Babish, after Oliver Platt’s West Wing character, Rea creates a weekly YouTube series called “Binging With Babish” that presents recipes for famous foods from your favorite shows, including Ross Geller’s Moist Maker from Friends, the Lovers’ Delight Sundae from 30 Rock, and Kevin’s Famous Chili from The Office.
This week’s kitchen caper is all about the crew from Paddy’s Pub, and Babish is making both a version of Rum Ham that’s accurate to the show, and one that’s actually edible. On the side, Babish is serving up the dangerously alcoholic Fight Milk, and of course, the coup de grace, the milk steak! The result might not suit Charlie’s pallet, but at least Babish didn’t have to immediately spit it out.
Noticeably missing from Babish’s How To is a recipe for Spaghetti in a Bag, so I’ve created my own — take some spaghetti, shove it in a ziplock bag, and enjoy wherever you see fit.

Tell us what you think! What famous food from a series do you want Babish to cook up next? I want a Krabby Patty with a side of Scooby Snacks and a big can of Slurm to wash it all down.
