Jacky Oh's death from cosmetic surgery complications ruled accidental
Reality TV star Jacky Oh's death from cosmetic surgery complications has been ruled accidental by the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner.
A representative for the Miami Police Department confirmed to EW that there will be no criminal investigation against the doctor who performed the procedure. The Wild 'N Out star, whose birth name was Jacklyn Smith, died May 31 in Miami. She was 32.

Oh appeared on five seasons of the Nick Cannon-created improv and sketch comedy show Wild 'N Out, as well as shows Marc + Jenni, Shift Drinks, and The Worst Couple. She also founded a lip gloss line and worked as a real estate agent.
In the wake of Oh's death, BET Media said they were "deeply saddened" by the passing in a statement, adding that Oh's "impact will be forever treasured and missed."
"Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N' Out cast. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children," the statement said. "The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time."
Oh is survived by her three children Nova, Nala, and Prince, whom she shared with her longtime partner, the comedian and rapper DC Young Fly.
