Jason Kelce Reveals His and Kylie’s Go-to Rom-Com—and We’re Completely Onboard

Jason Kelce has revealed which rom-com he and his wife Kylie love to watch. Above, the Kelces attend Thursday Night Football Presents The World Premiere of "Kelce" on September 8, 2023 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Jason Kelce revealed which romantic comedy he and his wife, Kylie Kelce, enjoy the most on a recent episode of his New Heights podcast.

Jason’s younger brother and podcast co-host, Travis Kelce, initiated a discussion about movies while addressing a fan question about Travis’ rumored involvement in Happy Gilmore 2. The sequel to the 1996 movie starring Adam Sandler was announced earlier this month—and as many fans of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end noticed, Travis was spotted wearing a Happy Gilmore hat while attending Coachella with his girlfriend, pop star Taylor Swift, last month.

While Travis labeled the rumor a fan “conspiracy theory,” he admitted that he would like to be involved in the movie’s sequel if any parts were still available. Travis was recently cast in Ryan Murphy’s new FX series, Grotesquerie, and has said he is actively looking for other opportunities to act.

“I’ll do anything in the movie,” Travis said while discussing Happy Gilmore 2 with Jason for their podcast episode that was released on Wednesday, May 29. "I’ll be a part of it any way I possibly can.”

The brothers then discussed their shared love for Sandler movies as they tried to decide which of his films were their favorites. The former Philadelphia Eagles center said Sandler has “so many” good movies, adding, “it’s ridiculous.” While going through the list, he revealed that one of the movies was actually beloved by both him and Kylie.

The movie in question was 50 First Dates, the 2004 rom-com that Sandler stars in with Drew Barrymore.

“I love that movie,” Jason said. “That’s Kylie and I’s favorite rom-com, with Drew Barrymore action.”

The sweet reveal provides fans with additional information about the couple, who first met through a dating app and were married in 2018. Jason and Kylie share three children together: Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, who turned 1 in February.
