Jenna Jameson Embracing Pregnancy Weight Gain Despite the Haters

Oh what a difference a decade (or so) makes. Ex-porn star Jenna Jameson is pregnant with her third child and embracing her ample weight gain. On Thursday, the 42-year-old took to Instagram to share a recent shot showcasing her curvy physique. “27 weeks pregnant and feeling amazing. Just finished my glucose test and now I’m in the home stretch! I can’t wait to meet this little one, my little star!” she gushed in a caption for the pic of herself sitting bare-bellied and cross-legged.

This upbeat message comes the day after a controversial tweet storm and just about one week after a less joyful post. Beside a picture of herself clad in skintight workout gear that revealed just how much thicker she was these days, she wrote, “I just want to address the stories circulating on all the blogs this week. Yes, I’ve gained a substantial amount of weight with this baby, and I’m sure a lot of women can relate. But I’ve been getting a lot of terrible hate for it, and it’s really saddening me.” She continued, “This baby means So much to me and Lior and we fought so hard to have it. It IS an ivf baby, and my body reacted very strangely to the meds (lots of water retention and weight gain) and to be honest it doesn’t bother me at all, as long as baby is healthy. It really is disheartening to see people shame me while I’m pregnant… this is part of the reason I hid from the world when I was pregnant with my twins… I gained over 120 lbs.” (ICYMI, Jameson has 7-year-old twin boys named Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette with her ex, Tito Ortiz.)

“I quickly lost it, but I knew I would be judged and made fun of,” she lamented. “Anyway, I hope everyone finds it in their hearts to be kind and empathetic this holiday season… you never know badly your words can hurt. But I do realize no one is perfect… just try! I love all of you! Merry Christmas and happy Hannukah !”

One week before that, she shared a more demure shot of herself seated at a table, midmeal. (For the record, she was eating a salad.) “This picture sums up my life right now… totally content yet hungry… daydreaming of this perfect little baby god gave me! @liorbitt I’d usually be mad you snuck this pic, but it’s fairly decent,” she wrote in the caption. “Love you babe!”

Jameson announced she was expecting via Twitter in August.

She followed up her first post with a more revealing shot that highlighted her growing baby bump.

The difference in her figure from August to December was significant, but it certainly seems the soon-to-be-mama-of-three is keeping her spirits up despite the criticism she’s received. After her third child arrives, she and her fiancé, jeweler Lior Bitton, plan relocate the family to Israel. Specifically, they are looking at Bitton’s hometown of Herzliya, which is a coastal city about 10 miles from Tel Aviv. Jameson was born Catholic but revealed she was converting to Judaism back in October 2015. There was also talk about a reality show chronicling her journey to the altar in Israel, but so far, no formal air date has been announced.

While she clearly states that her figure is not her priority, for what it’s worth, if she was able to lose 120 pounds last time without anyone even noticing, she can probably do it again.
