Jenna Ortega Elevates Her 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Look With Towering Louboutin’s Rosalie Sandals
One day soon, Jenna Ortega will be waltzing down the red carpet at the Academy Awards on her way to nab her first Oscar. For now, the young Hollywood star is celebrating the awards from afar by attending the 2025 Vanity Fair’s popular Oscar Party in a pair of striking Christian Louboutins.
The “Death of a Unicorn” star stepped onto the red carpet at the event wearing a Donna Karan Resort 2004 dress that accentuated her petite frame. The low-cut dress featured slim spaghetti straps and tiny off-the-shoulder sleeves. The dress featured sheer draping and soft ruffles throughout, and ruching that gathered at her hip. The gown delicately opened into a slit, that showcased her toned legs and her sky-high platform pumps.

The “Wednesday” star and stylist Enrique Melendez decided on Louboutin’s Rosalie Alta sandals in the shade Blush rose. Made out of kid leather, the straps on the pump accentuate and decorate the foot and the front platform elevates the shoe, measuring a whopping 150 mm. A small are of the foot is covered by PVC, giving the shoe a more barely-there look. The shoe is currently available in black and retails for $1,195.
At just 5′ 1″ tall, Ortega is no stranger to sky-high platform heels. During the press run for 2024’s “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice,” she opted for a wide range of towering heels to pair with her ensembles that were deeply inspired by the Tim Burton film. She wore everything from Steve Madden Mary Jane platforms, suede platform pumps from Brandon Blackwood, and lofty Dolce & Gabbana Keira platform sandals.
Platform heels were trending at the Oscars 2025. Everyone from Demi Moore to Selena Gomez was spotted wearing pairs from Louboutin and Stuart Weitzman, allowing them to wear elegant floor length gowns with ease.
The 97th Academy Awards took place at the Dolby Theatre on March 2. “Anora” took home Best Picture and four more trophies, including Best Director for Sean Baker and Best Actress in a Leading Role for Mikey Madison. Additional Oscar winners included Adrien Brody, who won Best Actor in a Leading Role for “The Brutalist;” Zoe Salda?a, who earned the award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for “Emilia Pérez;” and Kieran Culkin, who nabbed the trophy for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for “A Real Pain.”
