Jesse McCartney to perform in Decatur this summer

DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — Jesse McCartney is making his way to the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater this summer, the theater announced on Friday.

McCartney is a singer, songwriter and actor, who saw major success with his first solo album “Beautiful Soul,” with multiple songs ranking on the Billboard top charts.

The addition of McCartney on the Devon’s summer lineup comes as a result of Gym Class Heroes canceling their show on July 5 “due to unforeseen circumstances.”

The theater added that since the show is part of a season ticket package, everyone with season tickets will have their tickets transferred to McCartney’s show. Anyone who purchased tickets for Gym Class Heroes will receive a refund.

Anyone interested can purchase tickets starting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 13.
