John Stamos' Son Billy Adorably Joins Him on Drums During Beach Boys Concert
While collaborating with The Beach Boys on stage to play their hit song "Good Vibrations," John Stamos brought out another special collaborator to help out—his 6-year-old son, Billy.
In a video shared by Stamos, the little boy sat next to his father to jam on the drums with him, rocking some neon green ear protection headphones as he played, looking super focused. Meanwhile, Stamos passionately played the drums while wearing a colorful patterned shirt, vibing with the song.
Stamos wrote, "Had a little help from my son BILLY on good vibrations last night - Wasn’t it nice! @thebeachboys."
Some fans were stunned to see how talented Billy is at such a young age, with comments like, "how old is your son he is really holding his own .. he looks very young and gifted," and "He looks at home [on] the drums."
"Your son can sure play like a pro, Must be the Dad that taught him," said another.
Others simply appreciated the sweet father-son bonding moment, as one fan wrote, "This is so extra special had to feel awesome ??."
Someone else called it the "cutest thing ever," and another fan praised the actor, saying, "He will remember that forever! What a wonderful experience for both of you! You're such a great dad!"
Billy is Stamos' son with his wife, Caitlin McHugh, whom he married in 2018. Stamos often talks about his love for his family, and when Billy turned 6 years old in April, he paid tribute to them, writing, "God only knows where I’d be without you, my dear son. You and your sweet mother are my purpose, my joy, my everything."
McHugh and Stamos first met on the set of Law & Order: SVU while McHugh was engaged to her first husband, Massimo Lusardi. Years later, after McHugh and Lusardi got divorced and she was dating again, the two got together.
