Join a Magic Line Dancing Crew For Blur’s New ‘Lonesome Street’ Video
Blur’s comeback album The Magic Whip is less than a month away, and the reunited Britpoppers have shared a music video for the third song we’ve heard off the new record. It’s called “Lonesome Town,” and it continues the theme of Asian culture that’s followed the album cycle so far.

The Ben Reed-directed video features a Chinese folk dance ensemble called the Phoenix Fly Line Dancing Group of San Francisco, and they gave Blur a big ol’ shoutout on their official web site. Previously, the band has shared videos for “There Are Too Many of Us” and “Go Out.”
Blur’s New Song Inspired by Sydney Siege
The Magic Whip — Blur’s first album since a lengthy hiatus that followed 2003’s Think Tank — comes out April 27.
