Joshua Bassett announces stop in Utah on ‘Golden Years Tour’

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Joshua Bassett — a singer, songwriter and actor known for his role in “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” — recently announced “The Golden Years Tour,” and he is slated to make a stop in Utah.

Beginning Tuesday, June 11, fans can get tickets through artist presale. Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, June 14. You can sign up for ticket alerts through Joshua Bassett’s website.

The tour will take Bassett across 24 cities in North America starting on July 30. On August 28, Bassett will perform at the Sandy Amphitheater.

After the North American leg of “The Golden Years Tour,” the singer will head to Europe for the next dates, wrapping up in October. Throughout the tour, Bassett will be joined by Thomas Day, who was tapped to perform at Utah’s Love Letters Music Festival on Saturday, Sept. 28.

The tour shares a name with Bassett’s upcoming debut album “The Golden Years,” which is set to be released on July 26. Bassett has also released the lead single from the album, also titled “The Golden Years.”

In addition to general admission tickets, fans have the option to purchase different VIP experiences and packages, which may include priority access, “VIP exclusive Joshua Bassett content” or a gift, according to a press release.

Ahead of tickets going on sale to the general public, there will be several other presales throughout the week leading up to June 14. Some locations will have presale opportunities for Mastercard customers.
