On the road again
Junior H, of Guanajuato, Mexico, wrapped up a successful tour in 2023, which sold out more than 50% of its shows across North America.
Since then, he's kept himself busy by releasing a new album, "$AD BOYZ 4 LIFE II," in October, and collaborating with a number of artists. On April 25, Junior H and Rels B released the single "Un Desperdicio," which has amassed more than 16 million streams on Spotify and YouTube.
With his striking sound, Junior H continues to gain popularity — he has more than 26 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. Seven songs have landed him on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, including his collaborations with Peso Pluma ("El Azul," "Lady Gaga," "Luna") and Oscar Maydon ("Fin de Semana"). During his Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival performance, Peso Pluma welcomed Junior H to sing their song "El Azul."
A press release stated that Junior H will be releasing new music soon, which will also be part of his latest tour.
Several other Latin music artists coming to Acrisure Arena
Junior H is the latest Latin music artist to announce a tour stop at Acrisure Arena.
Carín León, who reportedly was the first Latin artist to perform at both Coachella and the Stagecoach country music festival in the same year (and who received a key to the City of Coachella while in town), will bring his Boca Chueca Tour to Palm Desert on Sept. 1. Tickets are available now at www.carinleonlive.com and Ticketmaster.com.
Caifanes & Café Tacvba, Matute, Los Temerarios, Grupo Marca Registrada, Chayanne and Fuerza Regida are among the other Spanish-language acts that will perform at Acrisure Arena this summer. In the fall, Grupo Firme and Shakira will also take the stage in Palm Desert.
