Justice Premieres First Single in Five Years with ‘Safe and Sound’ Lyric Video
Make sure you grab your oven mitts. This new Justice track is hot af.
Ed Banger’s most famous French outfit is back and groovier than ever with five minutes and 50 seconds of disco-fried deliciousness. It’s called “Safe and Sound,” and so far it’s been premiered by label boss Busy P at Sonar Festival and heralded as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record of the night.

“This is every bit as brilliant as you want it to be,” she teased on Twitter, and so it does seem. It’s as lush and grand as anything from Audio, Video, Disco with wild walking bass lines, singing strings, and faded choral voices. It shimmers with ’70s shine and space-age synths sure to satisfy anyone who still can’t stop singing “D.A.N.C.E.” It’s the perfect soundtrack for naked ladies who go roller skating across Saturn’s rings.
It’s a positive sign of things to come. We’ll be refreshing the Ed Banger homepage until an album release date emerges.
