K-pop band Seventeen announces tour with 2 Oakland shows

(KRON) – Korean boy band Seventeen announced their first tour in the U.S. in two years with Oakland dates. The group is set to hit the Oakland Arena stage for their “Right Here” world tour.

The tour will kick off on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL. Seventeen is set to perform at the Oakland Arena on Tuesday, Nov. 5 and Wednesday, Nov. 6.

The band’s album “FML” is the best-selling K-pop album of all time, according to Billboard.

Kehlani announced ‘Crash World Tour’ with SF show

Seventeen’s fanbase, the Carats, assisted the band’s newest album, released in April, to the top of the Billboard U.S. World Chart and South Korea’s Circle Album Chart.

Following the Oakland shows, Seventeen will perform at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on Saturday, Nov. 9.

Pre-sale tickets will be available at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14. General sale tickets will be available on Ticketmaster at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15.
