Weekends at Kaley Cuoco’s ranch are a mix of peaceful tranquility and hard work — plus a whole lot of fun. Especially for her 18-month-old daughter Matilda “Tildy” Carmine, who she shares with fiancé Tom Pelphrey. Tildy just mastered her first horseback riding trick (!!), and the look on her face after she completed it is pure joy.

“Safety first,” The Big Bang Theory alum captioned a photo of Tildy on her Instagram story Saturday. Tildy is all dressed up for her riding lesson in a pink floral shirt and a hot pink helmet with a cat face and sparkles (I wish this came in adult sizes!). In the photo, Tildy is inside the barn, where she looks at her mom with a hint of nervous anticipation on her face. In the next video, we see why: it’s riding time!

“1 ? doing pole work no big deal ??” Cuoco captioned a video on her story. “that smile and high five says it all! @farinaeichhorn,” she added, tagging Tildy’s riding instructor. In the video, Tildy is all set up on her very own pony, comfortable riding in the saddle as her instructor holds the reins. The horse walks over the small pole set up in the paddock, as Cuoco and others cheer. Tildy turns to look at her mom with a beaming smile on her face before reaching over to high-five her instructor. Has there ever been a cuter horse girl?
Cuoco doesn’t think so, cheekily writing, “I kennat” on the next picture, showing how she cannot believe how cute her daughter is as she chills on her pony after the lesson.
She shared another video, fittingly set to “Born to Be Wild” by Steppenwolf, that shows Tildy walking around with her riding instructor leading the way. “So proud of our girl today!!” Cuoco captioned this one.
As a professional equestrian herself, Cuoco has been familiarizing her daughter with horses since she was just a few weeks old. Tildy got her very own pony for her first Christmas present. The Based on a True Story star told PEOPLE last month that her daughter is “so fearless.”
“I used to whip her around in her carrier, in her little stroller thing when she was little,” Cuoco told the outlet. “And I don’t know. She’s never been scared. She thinks it’s so fun.” Like mother, like daughter!
She also mentioned that Tildy “loves horses,” adding, “I know we’re in trouble. We had a special saddle made for her, so it actually props her up. And she just sits in that thing and walks around and it is crazy.”
From casual riders to professional equestrians, these celebrity kids are obsessed with horses.
