Kanye West Accused of Having Bianca Censori 'Tailed' in New Lawsuit Following Divorce Speculation
Kanye West was accused of having his wife, Bianca Censori, followed in a new lawsuit filed against the rapper by an anonymous former employee.
The ex-staff member, identified only as John Doe in the new complaint filed in Los Angeles on Monday, Oct. 7, claimed that West had him hire private investigators for a number of secretive tasks. This included having him "to follow and 'tail'" the Yeezy architectural designer while she visited her family in Australia earlier this year, per court documents obtained by People.

The unidentified man also levied several other bold allegations against West, now known legally as Ye, including that he was investigating "the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking."
Doe seeks more than seven figures in punitive and compensatory damages, including unpaid wages, for emotional distress, retaliation and labor code violations.
He also claimed that West, 47, personally called and threatened his life after he brought up the concerns of an employee from the musician's Donda Academy, who told him that students were reportedly being abused at the school.

The publication was unable to reach representatives for West or Censori for comment.
The accusation about West having his wife secretly followed came just days after divorce rumors began circulating, with insiders telling TMZ that both West and Censori have told people they split a few weeks ago.
It also followed a massive lawsuit over photos of Censori, 29, after Ye allegedly posted at least 10 photos of his wife taken by other photographers without permission, which they claimed cost them “up to hundreds of thousands of dollars” in potential revenue.
