Kardashian sisters roast each other during family bonding trip
On the season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kris Jenner took her daughters to Jackson Hole, Wyo., to ease the tension between them and, as a team-building activity, she asked the ladies to each come to dinner dressed as a different family member. What ensued was a lot of hilarious roasting.
Dressed as the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch was Khloé, who told the Kylie Jenner-dressed Penelope Disick, "Kylie, you can sit next to me because you are my favorite. When you make a billion dollars." Khloé also stated, "I have my Kylie, my billion-dollar baby. Now she will always be the dearest in my heart for a billion reasons."
Throughout season 17, Kim and Kourtney have gotten into some heated exchanges over the fact that Kourtney is always late and refuses to make the show a priority in her life, despite it being what brings home the bread. Dressed as each other, the two found a way to release their built-up irritation through roasting.
"Did my butt get smaller?" Kourtney said, dressed as Kim. She added, "I pretty much started this entire family. No one would be anywhere, or anything, without me."
Kourtney also joked, "My pants are Yeezy. My shoes are Yeezy. I have seven stylists, who put me in sweats and leggings. It's just, like, that effortless look, you know? But it's really a lot of effort."
Kim, dressed as Kourtney, strolled in late to dinner, stating, "I'm late to dinner because I am a mom and I can be late doing mom things. Nobody understands. Khloé used to be my favorite, but she's so far up Kim's ass that I'm just, like, poosh-ing my way through life by myself."
Just last month, Kourtney confirmed she will be taking a step back from KUWTK to put more of her energy into being a mother, which Kim used as material, when stating, "I'm going to pretend like I'm being a mom and I'm just gonna sit on my phone."
Kourtney then joked back, "Oh, thank God Kourtney left the table. I can't stand her energy."
Meanwhile, during the season finale, Kendall Jenner was bummed that Kylie didn't make an effort to be on their family trip, so she took part in the roasting as well and dressed up as her little sister. "I love over-lining my lips. This is how it all started," Kendall explained as she applied one of Kylie's lip kits. "Literally, like, I just over-lined my lips, and everyone was wondering what I was using. You can mix the shades. We love mixing. Oh, my God. It feels amazing on my skin," Kendall added while applying heaps of red lip gloss over her mouth area.
All jokes aside, despite all of the arguments and, sometimes, ruthless fights, one of the reasons why fans love the Kardashians is their family strength and love for each other at the end of the day. So to wrap up Season 17, and end on a sweet note, each of the ladies took a moment to share their final thoughts.
"I'm really optimistic for the future and what I pray for is that the girls respect each other, learn to work together again and just genuinely enjoy being together, because that's what it's all about," said Kris.
Kourtney shared, "I really admire Kim's ability to push those around her to really be the best version of themselves that she sees. When she has a vision, she really knows how to make everything that she dreams of happen."
"I love Kourtney. I think that she has such an amazing life and such an amazing family, and she definitely knows what she wants and knows the life that she wants to live. I respect her for that," Kim stated about Kourtney.
Kendall shared, "I love that we have the platform that is the show. I think that that's really important, and that's really a blessing, and the fact that we all get to experience this together is really cool."
