Kate Hudson Pairs White Knee-High Boots with Color-Blocked Slip Dress to Talk ‘Running Point’ in NYC
Kate Hudson sat down to discuss her new Netflix show “Running Point” at 92NY in New York CIty on Wednesday wearing sleek white cowboy boots and a pastel slip dress. In conversation with series co-creator Mindy Kaling and journalist Versha Sharma, she helped unpack the comedy project, which follows a reformed party girl who is appointed president of a professional basketball team.
Hudson has been wowing audiences with the looks she’s shown off while promoting “Running Point.” Her latest ensemble included a color blocked slip dress featuring pale hues of pink, ranging from the lightest blush color to a shiny rose gold. Understated floral and checkered patterns as well as lace accents made the look even more eye-catching. Additionally, the neckline was decorated with a miniature bow and the hemline of the skirt was cut on a bias. This coquette garment was accented by a dainty necklace and dangling earrings.

As for her footwear, Hudson maintained her light color scheme with a pair of white knee-high boots. The shoes featured a slouchy shaft, narrow toe and a wide, slender heel. A vertical indent down the center of the boot subtly bifurcated the style. The style is unsurprising for the actress, who donned black boots just the other day in New York City.
One of Hudson’s recent engagements was an appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Monday For that occasion, she showcased a sequined dress and a pair of silver Rene Caovilla sandals, specifically the brand’s Cleo style featuring a sinuous ankle strap.
“Running Point” launched on Netflix on Feb. 27 and is already renewed for a Season 2. Hudson wore a shining gown and Jimmy Choo platform sandals for the premiere, held on Feb. 13, at The Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles. See more photographs from the event below.
