Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom celebrate one-year engagement anniversary: 'Never a dull moment'
It’s safe to say that Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom had a great Valentine’s Day, reaffirming their love on the one-year anniversary of their engagement.
Perry, 35, shared a series of black-and-white party photos to Instagram on Saturday morning. According to People, they depicted a gathering with family and friends who sported matching sweatshirts emblazoned with “OK,” Orlando and Katy’s first initials.
“One year ago I said yes to a life of love and evolution,” wrote Perry. “And definitely never a dull moment.”
Bloom, 43, commented on Perry’s post, “We don’t do dull doe,” along with a heart emoji.
Set amidst a backdrop of endless flowers and candles, the photos showed the couple lovingly embrace in front of their guests. Of course, there were a few humorous shots as well, including one showing the duo dancing the night away and Perry showing off her engagement ring to a friend.
Dressed in a long-sleeved dress, Perry wore sparkly heart earrings and a belt, as well as shimming heels. Bloom also looked quite dapper, dressed in a dark suit.
Last Valentine’s Day, Perry announced the couple’s engagement with an Instagram photo. Sporting a large pink diamond daisy-shaped ring, Perry captioned the photo “full bloom.”
The couple have dated on and off since 2016. Perry was previously married to British comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012. Bloom split from supermodel Miranda Kerr in 2013, but the former couple has a 9-year-old son named Flynn together.
Bloom and Perry split in 2017 but got back together in the spring of 2018.
