Keeping Up with the Kardashians Recap: Bruce Jenner Prepares to Undergo Facial Feminization Surgery

Now that his long-held secret is out, even Bruce Jenner’s family have remarked on how quickly he intends to fully transition from male to female.

As he previously revealed, Bruce, 65, had planned on fully transitioning "in the spring." At the time this week’s midseason finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians was filmed, the changes were coming fast and furious – including facial feminization surgery.

In response, Khloé Kardashian decided to spend some time with her stepfather before he undergoes this next big step.

“Everything with Bruce is happening really quickly,” she told KUWTK cameras, realizing that she can’t remember the last time she “took a picture with the Bruce I grew up with for 25 years.”

So Khloé, 30, paid Bruce a visit in his brand-new Malibu home, which he bought in an effort to regain some privacy: “Probably one of the more difficult things you can have in your life is people stalking you all day long,” he said in an interview, adding that his new home is a “sanctuary” all his own.

Though Khloé was the slowest to accept Bruce’s transition – and some of their clash was shown in KUWTK‘s About Bruce special – she has come out the other side as supportive of Bruce as ever. “No matter what, I love him, and he’ll always be my father figure,” she said.

Kylie, 17, also dropped by, and Kendall, 19, made a brief appearance via speakerphone to show of support for the teens’ father.

“I love to share moments like this with all my kids now that I’m in my new home, because it does kind of represent a new chapter in my life,” Bruce said in an on-camera interview. “I’m looking forward to the future and I can’t wait to share that with my family.”
