Kendra Wilkinson Wanted to 'Look Hot' for Her 30th Birthday, Says Her Trainer — Here's How They Did It
Every woman wants to look sexy on her special days — and Kendra Wilkinson is no exception.
The former Playmate met with trainer and CEO of Clutch Bodyshop Ashley Conrad in the weeks leading up to her 30th birthday (June 12) to ensure she would enter her next decade looking and feeling her best.
"She hadn't been working out very much because she had a slight injury, so the goal was to really just to get her moving again, get some weight off, and have her feeling better," Conrad tells PEOPLE. "[And] she wanted to look hot on her birthday!"

To help the mother of two tone up, Conrad met with Wilkinson four times a week for hour-long sessions.
"A normal day would start with a series of calisthenic warm-up exercises ranging from jumping jacks, to butt kicks, to high knees," Conrad says. "Then we'd go into a few different stretches. The majority of the stuff [utilized] body weight, like pushups, jumping jacks, lunges, sprints, planks, plank with a row."
Since Wilkinson played softball for many years, Conrad incorporated exercises inspired by the training of professional athletes.
"Kendra grew up as an athlete, so she didn't really work out in a gym until after baby No. 1. I tried to focus on what you would do in a sports setting," says Conrad, who included exercises used by professional basketball players, softball players and boxers in the routines. "With each client I like to figure out what they really enjoy doing physically, and then see how we can incorporate that into the workout and make it fun."

Conrad also advised the Marriage Boot Camp star on her diet, though she says Wilkinson was already eating well.
"What is really impressive about Kendra is she's a very, very disciplined and regimented person," she says. "She was eating very clean – no refined sugars, no junk, eating five meals a day to keep the metabolism up, and drinking a ton of water. Because she's been in such great shape for so many years of her life and has had kids, she really knows what needs to happen on the nutrition side to lock that stuff in."
