Kevin Bacon Reveals Sweet Way Kyra Sedgwick Reminds Him of Her Love Every Day as She Marks 59th Birthday

The actress also shared a message to fans as she marked "another trip around the sun"

Kevin Bacon is highlighting wife Kyra Sedgwick's thoughtfulness in honor of her birthday.

The actress, who turned 59 on Monday, Aug. 19, wrote in a message shared alongside throwback photos on Instagram, "Another trip around the sun!"

"Happy to have learned that I can vacuum ‘til the cows come home and that the amount of eyeliner you wear at 16 is too much," added Sedgwick, who shares two adult children with Bacon, 66.

On his Instagram, Bacon shared a childhood photo of Sedwick, plus a video in which he showed a simple daily way she tells him she loves him.

In the video, a pink notecard with a heart and smiley face drawn on it has the handwritten note: "Love you sooooo..." Bacon can be heard in the video saying, "She puts this on the coffee-grinder because she knows that this is gonna be my first stop when I wake up."

"Happy birthday @kyrasedgwickofficial. I love you sooooo!" he wrote in the caption.

For Bacon's birthday in July, Sedgwick wrote alongside a playful video on Instagram, "Bacon’s #1 fan. Happy Birthday @kevinbacon!"

The couple — who star together in the upcoming movie Connescence — will celebrate their 36th wedding anniversary on Sept. 4. When they marked the occasion last year, Bacon wrote on Instagram, "35 years feels like a heartbeat."
