Kim Zolciak-Biermann's Son Kane Gets Stitches After Gruesome Cut: 'I Can't Deal'

Ouch! Kim Zolciak-Biermann‘s son Kane, 20 months, spent Saturday night at the doctor’s office with his reality television star mom after splitting his face open just above his eye.

The poor little guy’s slightly gruesome (and deep) cut just barely missed his eyebrow, as seen in a photo shared to Zolciak-Biermann’s Instagram.

“Our Saturday night,” the 37-year-old wrote, adding the hashtags “#ICantDeal #ImTheOneThatNeedsTheMedsAtThisPoint #Stitches.”

Kane is the star’s youngest child with husband Kroy Biermann and a twin with sister Kaia.

The toddler is apparently quite attached to his duplicate, and was crying her name while being prepared for stitches by a doctor, Zolciak-Biermann wrote of a second photo.

“Alllll Kane kept saying was, ‘Kaia, Kaia,’ ” she said. “So they were on FaceTime while the doctor was prepping Kane.”

In the screenshot image, a teary-eyed Kane is being examined while sister Kaia looks into the camera on her end.

Luckily, Kane was still able to get a good night’s rest after the traumatic incident.

“Kane is sound asleep after a few stitches! Thank you for all your prayers I’m wore out,” the star wrote.

The social media-friendly star, who was an original cast member on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, is also the mother of KJ, 4, Kash, almost 3, and two older daughters from previous relationships, Ariana, 12, and Brielle, 18.

The star currently appears with her football player husband, 29, on the Bravo spinoff Don’t Be Tardy.
