Krayzie Bone Performs First Show Since Life-Threatening Health Scare

Krayzie Bone hit the stage for the first time since recovering from his life-threatening condition. On Sunday (Jan. 7), Krayzie and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony performed during an NFL halftime show.

The performance occurred in Las Vegas during the week 18 season finale involving the Raiders and Denver Broncos. Flesh-N-Bone uploaded a behind-the-scenes peek into their Las Vegas show on Instagram.

“God is great, and we thank him for blessing us to kick 2024 off in a massive way doing the halftime show for the LV Raiders with our brother @krayzie_bone in full effect,” Flesh typed. “We also want to thank the LV Raiders and their whole illustrious staff for rolling out the red carpet for our families and the Bone Thug fan family all over the world…. WE LOVE YOU!!??

In September 2023, Krayzie Bone, né Anthony Henderson, was reportedly fighting for his life. Henderson, 50, was hospitalized after suffering from an intense cardiovascular condition. The emcee was rushed to the hospital that month after allegedly coughing up blood.

Since then, Krayzie has embarked on the road to recovery and is seemingly returning to full health. The Bone Thugs-N-Harmony IG account posted an update regarding Henderson’s health. The account also discussed the group’s plans to celebrate the rap crew’s 30th Anniversary.

“It has been no mystery that a member of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony has been on the mend since being hospitalized for a severe health crisis some time ago,” the statement read. “We had every intention to start off the New Year by attending the Juicy Fest 2024 – which would have catapulted the brand into our 30th Anniversary. Due to medical restrictions of our brother Krayzie, this has put a pause on our plan to kick in ’24 until he is fully, medically cleared to tour internationally.”

“Without any member of the current touring lineup (Krayzie, Layzie, Wish & Flesh) it would not be fair to cheat any of you from a full experience; giving you the best possible live music moment you so deserve after 30 years of diehard, loyal support. We do look forward to seeing you all in a city nearby soon, to celebrate 30 years of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony’s professional debut. WE will see you at Juicy Fest 2025!!!!”
