Kylie Minogue Announces First North American Tour in 13 Years — and Promises a 'Whole Lot of Padaming'
The 'Tension' dates arrive on the heels of her forthcoming album 'Tension II'
Kylie Minogue is taking "Padam Padam" and other hits to North America — for the first time in over a decade.
The bestselling Australian singer, who previously announced Tension Tour dates across the UK, Asia, and Australia, finally announced stops in North America on Thursday, Oct. 3. From March to May, fans will be able to catch Minogue at various arenas across the U.S. and Canada next spring.
“I am beyond excited to announce the TENSION TOUR 2025," Minogue said in a statement. "I can’t wait to share beautiful and wild moments with fans all over the world, celebrating the Tension era and more! It’s been an exhilarating ride so far and now, get ready for your close up because I will be calling Lights, Camera, Action … and there will be a whole lot of Padaming!"
The Tension tour kicks off March 29, 2025 at Toronto's Scotiabank Arena, before making her way down to Chicago's Allstate Arena, a massive show at New York's Madison Square Garden, and other stops in Atlanta, Miami, Phoenix, and more before the tour's conclusion at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
American Express cardholders can access an exclusive presale including VIP packages beginning Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 10 a.m. local time until Thursday, Oct. 10 at 10 p.m. local time. Artist presale begins Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 10 a.m. which fans can sign up for here. General onsale begins Friday, Oct. 11 at 10 a.m. local time.
More dates are set to be announced in Europe and South America.
2024 was a big year for Minogue, who recently snagged the Global Icon Award at the BRITs and take home a Grammy Award for best pop dance recording for "Padam Padam." She also completed her first Las Vegas residency, attended by Janet Jackson herself.
Earlier this summer, Minogue teamed up with Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo for "My Oh My," a cheeky nod to all of their zodiac signs and Megan Thee Stallion's infamous flub of Tove Lo's name.
The song is set to be featured on the "Can't Get You Outta My Head" singer's forthcoming album, Tension II, due Oct. 18. The 13-track album also features appearances from The Blessed Madonna, Orville Peck, Diplo, and Sia.
