Lili Reinhart shares love poem for Cole Sprouse amid breakup rumors
After breakup rumors circulated around the Internet claiming Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse had parted ways, the "Riverdale" couple has used social media to toy with fans while keeping their relationship status a mystery.
Reinhart shared a "sappy nighttime birthday poem" on Instagram in honor of Sprouse's 27th birthday on August 4, accompanied by a picture of him smoking in the sunshine.
"I tried to find a poem that I could send to you," the caption reads. "Because my words were failing me. But I searched and found nothing that did you justice. All of these love poems can’t get it right. No one else’s words could ever fit. They haven’t known the fortune it is to love you."
"Follow for follow?" Sprouse commented on the post.

Previously on Instagram, Reinhart and Sprouse both shared the cover photo from their recent W magazine feature. While the story claims the two actors had to "part ways romantically" and asked to be interviewed separately, Reinhart and Sprouse's cheeky captions suggested that the two may still have an amicable relationship.
"BREAKING: A reliable source has confirmed that none of you know (expletive)," Reinhart captioned the photo, with Sprouse sharing the same image and writing, "UNPRECEDENTED: Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart consume the flesh of ‘reliable sources’ to fuel their bacchanalian sex cult."
Reinhart cast further doubt on tabloid reports about her and Sprouse's relationship in a tweet, writing, "Don’t believe everything you read on the internet, kids. And news sources should try a little harder to be less vile. 'Reliable sources' can kiss my (butt)."
