Listen: Diddy leads the meditation, Nick Jonas reads a bedtime story for Audible Originals

Having trouble sleeping in disturbing times? Diddy and Nick Jonas are here to personally soothe you into a restful journey.
Audible Originals unveiled a line of free celebrity-driven sleep programs Tuesday featuring a blissful-voiced Diddy guiding listeners to meditative rest and Jonas reading a bedtime story, "The Perfect Swing."
"Honor Yourself: Meditation Guided By Diddy" presents the rapper slow-talking over New Age music.
"There's nothing to do right now but let go. By getting into bed, you sent the signal that it was time to rest. And by being here right now, resting, sinking into your breath, you're honoring that signal," Diddy says. "Right now, all you have to concentrate on is feeling calm, feeling relaxed, feeling at peace, feeling heavy."
Diddy proclaimed his free gift, "sweet dreams from LOVE" on Twitter. "See, I can put you to sleep," he said in a video shot from his bedroom.
Jonas reads James McGirk's "The Perfect Swing," a history of how legendary baseball stars Joe DiMaggio and Ted Williams perfected their Hall of Fame strokes at the plate.
"Settle in, take a deep breath and listen to me take you on a journey," Jonas says to kick off the story.
"Being able to #SleepStrong is more important than ever for our health right now," Jonas wrote on Twitter.
Arianna Huffington, motivational speaker Gabby Bernstein and meditation guru Jesse Israel are among the others bringing voice guides, meditations and stories. Available through the Audible app and Audible.com/Sleep, users can download the programs and set a sleep timer or send to their connected devices for hands-free listening.
Huffington, CEO of behavioral change platform Thrive Global, collaborated with Don Katz, chairman of Audible, to bring the new program.
"In ordinary times, sleep is essential to every aspect of our well-being," Katz and Huffington wrote in a joint op-ed about the new program. "In extraordinary times of uncertainty, anxiety and stress, getting the sleep we need is more important than ever."
