In her latest series of Instagram posts, Lizzo revealed her costume as a box of "Lizzo" medication, referring to a joke featured on an episode of South Park earlier this year.
The satirical animated show previously made a dig at the Grammy-winner over her body positivity advocacy, presenting "Lizzo" (or "LizzOzempic," as some are calling it), as a weight loss medication like Ozempic or Wegovy, except this one doesn't actually make you lose weight.
Instead, as the South Park punchline goes, "Lizzo" the "obesity" drug is taken to control one's "cravings to be thinner." It's guided by the idea that by following the musician and listening to her discography, a person can begin to accept their body and feel less pressured to lose weight.

While Lizzo, 36, was already a good sport about the joke when the episode first aired, she has now had the last laugh with the Halloween costume that fans are calling "iconic."
"Now that's how you turn that s--t around !!!! I just love youuuuu," one user wrote under the photos of Lizzo dressed in a costume resembling a giant tube of medication.
"lmaooo i love how much of a troll u are!" another person applauded, while someone else simply said, "She wins."
"Most iconic clap back of 2024. Go ahead and COOK sis ??" another proud follower wrote in the comments.
Another called Lizzo's costume snaps "the best PR I have ever seen."
