Lizzy McAlpine Announces Debut Australian Tour For 2024
Lizzy McAlpine is not letting the shock cancellation of Splendour In The Grass stop her from making her maiden voyage to Australia. The US singer-songwriter, who had previously been announced on the ill-fated Splendour 2024 lineup, has just unveiled her own run of Australian headline tour dates for this July.
In celebration of her highly-anticipated album Older, released this past Friday, Lizzy will be making her debut trip to Australia for a trio of shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
Lizzy McAlpine – ‘Older’
“To me, this album represents who I’ve become over the past three years,” Lizzy explains of the LP in a press statement. “Through the long and mostly tumultuous journey of making it, I have learned who I am as a person, who I want to be as an artist and what kind of art I want to make. This album is a culmination of that growth, showcasing the rawest and most honest version of me.”
