London Swifties Take 'Twinning' Taylor Swift to New Heights With 'Incredible' DIY Eras Tour Costumes
The Swifties in London are leveling up their Eras Tour costumes.
Ahead of Taylor Swift's final stop on the European leg of the history-making tour, some fans attending shows at Wembley Stadium are going viral for their incredible DIY costumes, inspired by the same looks the "Karma" songstress herself wears during the concert.
With the goal of "twinning" with Swift, 34, at one of the upcoming shows in the English capital, a fan on X (formerly Twitter) named Mollie shared the purple DIY dress she made that perfectly imitates the same purple layered princess dress Swift wears while singing "Enchanted" during the Speak Now set.
"Please let us twin on Friday ??????" she wrote to the singer, while fellow Swifties in the comments hyped her up for creating such a "masterpiece."
One user even said, "Ok this has definitely won best costume."

Another fan, named Emma, shared her take on the bodysuit Swift wears during the Midnights section of the show, sharing photo and video footage of the copycat sparkly blue outfit that she said took five months to make—and her hard work clearly paid off because the handmade piece looked astonishingly close to Swifts professional costume.
"fancy matching outfits on saturday @taylorswift13??" Emma wrote on X earlier this week. "5 months of hard work (and tears) later…my midnights bodysuit is ready to take on #LondonTSTheErasTour at wembley stadium this weekend!! @taylornation13."

In another tweet, a pair of Swifties showed off all the outfits they will be sporting at the London shows to twin with the "Cruel Summer" artist, including what appear to be more lookalike outfits modeled after Swift's shimmering 'fit in the music video for "Bejeweled," another blue Midnights bodysuit, plus a sparkly white T-shirt that reads, "Who's Taylor Swift anyway? Ew," just like the one Swift wears while singing "22" during the Red era.
"and by the way… we’re going out this week," they captioned their tweet, referencing lyrics from Swift's "Bejeweled."
These die-hard Swifties are hoping to get the chance to wear the same outfits as Swift while seeing her perform in London, even though she has several variations for most of the costumes she wears during the show.
Swift kicks off the first of her last five shows in London on Thursday, Aug. 15, before officially wrapping up the European leg of the tour with her final show at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday, Aug. 20.
