Viewers saw Taylor and Daniel hit a major bump in the road after he proposed to her, but they still follow one another on Instagram which is always a good sign and hints that they’re still together.

While the current status of their relationship is unknown, Taylor and Daniel did get married during their time on the show. The pair tied the knot in March 2024 in Hennepin County in Minnesota, according to court documents viewed by TMZ.

Fans also got to see their wedding play out during the March 7, 2025, season finale.

What Happens to Daniel and Taylor in ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 8?

Daniel and Taylor experienced one of the most dramatic moments so far in season 8. After the two saw each other face-to-face during episode 6, Taylor told producers that something about Daniel seemed “familiar” to her after seeing him. She admitted that she couldn’t tell if it was because she had “pictured his face 15 million times” on the other side of the wall or if it was because of “his voice,” but she didn’t believe their meeting was the first time Daniel had laid eyes on her.

“A couple of months ago, I remember getting a follow request, and I’m fairly positive Daniel followed me on Instagram not long before coming to the show,” Taylor explained through tears. “I just remember seeing this one picture from this account of him being in front of a Christmas tree in a chair with his leg up with a drink. For some reason, that picture stuck in my head.”

She continued, “[My Instagram profile] says I’m a registered nurse. It says that I love Taco Bell. It says that family and faith are important to me. All of these, like, major things. I have a Christmas highlight of how much I love Christmas.”

All of the details Taylor mentioned were specific things that the couple had bonded over during their time in the pods.

After the episode aired, Taylor spoke to Glamour about her initial concerns regarding the discovery.

“The primary concern was that he knew what I looked like during the experiment,” she told the outlet. “I’m guilty, too, of judging people off their looks and I’m sure that’s been done to me. I wanted that to be completely removed from this entire situation … So the thought of that very premise being compromised was terrifying to me.”

The colonoscopy nurse was given a chance to discuss the situation with Daniel, and he seemed surprised at her realization. When Taylor told Daniel that she believed he had followed and unfollowed her on Instagram shortly before they began filming Love Is Blind, he denied ever doing that.

Daniel and Taylor Were the Only Season 8 Couple to Get Married

Daniel and Taylor were the only season 8 couple to get married during the finale on March 7, 2025. During their ceremony, Daniel read a sweet letter that he wrote to Taylor.

“Taylor, it’s your fiancé, Daniel,” he began with a nervous laugh. “To say that it’s been a wild ride would be quite the understatement. It’s crazy to think that just five weeks ago to the day I was getting on a knee after our first date.”

Daniel then went off script as he continued, “I fell in love with you because the way that you process things, the way that you think about things, the way that we instantly became best friends, the way that I can see you being plugged into my life as the mother of my children and as my wife for the rest of my life – this is it. I can see it.”

After Daniel shared his sweet message, Taylor also read a letter that she wrote to him.

“Daniel, I have never felt more sure about anything in my life than I am today, standing here with you surrounded by all of our family and friends. If I close my eyes, I’m standing in the hallway before our first date saying, ‘I have a feeling about this next one,’ and it was you,” she said. “I fell in love with your words that day and every day going forward. We have chosen each other since that first date, and I promise to continue choosing you for the rest of our lives.”
