The palace finds out that the Crown Prince ordered an execution for Kyera. But Ak-Hee saves her when the process starts. He takes care of her inside a small cottage. Kyera wakes up and discovers that Ak-Hee has taken over Sajo Hyeon’s mind and body. She seems a bit uncomfortable in his presence and keeps on asking about the Crown Prince.

Meanwhile, Sajo Hyun begins the process of taking over the throne at the palace. The Crown Princess is angry at her husband, Sajo Hyeon, for sending Kyera into exile.
