Machine Gun Kelly, Yungblud Revisit ‘I Think I’m Okay’ With a ‘Sad Version’ Five Years Later
MGK is returning to his Hotel Diablo era five years later. On Friday, the musician released a deluxe edition of the acclaimed LP, adding “sad versions” of fan-favorite songs “I Think I’m Okay” and “Glass House,” plus a new track, “El Pistolero.”
To accompany the album revisit, MGK also released a video for the reimagined “I Think I’m Okay” alongside Yungblud. (The original track also featured Travis Barker.) The video captures behind-the-scene footage of the pair of musicians backstage at a show, celebrating the track reaching platinum status, and at a photoshoot from that time. MGK also sings the new version while lying on grass.

This year, MGK and Redd teamed up for a 10-song EP titled Genre: Sadboy in early June. He also released singles “Sun to Me” and “BMXXing” last month. MGK’s last album arrived in 2022 with Mainstream Sellout. He also dropped Tickets to My Downfall in 2020.
