Mama June Shannon is finally having a moment of clarity and realizing that the last couple of years have not been pretty for her or her family, and the reality star appears to be gearing up to make amends with those that she's wronged during spiraling drug addiction. June took to Instagram on Thursday afternoon in what appears to be a very raw and emotional post about the family members she's lost while choosing to lead a very controversial life.

June's message was a caption alongside a very good looking selfie of the reality star. We're also going to go out on a limb and say that June crafted the social media update personally.

"Well decided to get back at it im not saying im.perfect as everyday is a strugglr n some days i just want to disappear n even though me n kids arent still seeing each other n its veen very hard on all of us but i hope one day that will cgange as i want them to know i miss n love them very much.

The words by June are pretty astonishing, as the fallen star has been living a rough life the past couple years with her controversial boyfriend, Geno Doak. The two have made headlines for allegedly trashing various hotel rooms and even getting arrested during a heated domestic dispute. They have been photographed in various casinos in Georgia, and it was clear June needed major help. Meanwhile, June's family, including Honey Boo Boo and Pumpkin, have tried desperately to get her clean, but to no avail.

Things got so bad for Mama June that she even sold the family home she purchased with the money the family made from the now-defunct "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" series on TLC. In the wake of her mom's downfall, Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson has been staying with Pumpkin, her husband and their baby. Alana has been thriving with the help and guidance of her sisters and has been leaning on them for emotional support during the trying time. It's unclear what June plans on doing to get back in the good graces of the family, but hopefully, she's going to take it seriously and the family will be able to reunite.
