Chase and Brook Lynn finally tied the knot on General Hospital surrounded by family and friends at the church. But when it came time for the reception on the May 16, 2024 episode, someone made a big, bubbly mistake.

Saying I Do

After Gregory (Gregory Harrison) took a moment to compose himself, he was able to finish the ceremony and marry Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton, who teased some wedding surprises). The couple even memorized the traditional wedding vows to recite to each other, and Chase recalled the bottle Brook Lynn hit him with on the night they met still being in evidence lockup at the PCPD as evidence of his love for her.

The newlyweds walked hand-in-hand out of the church past their friends and family tossing bird seed, except for Violet (Jophielle Love), who sneakily asked Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) to take her to the reception so she could prepare for her big surprise.

One Sip

After Finn (Michael Easton) spoke with Gloria’s (Ellen Travolta) husband Carmine (George Russo) about a medical concern, Carmine thanked the doctor by offering him a glass of champagne. Despite recently being in need of a meeting, Finn took the glass, but then noticed his daughter out on the dance floor.

With Ned (Wally Kurth) on the guitar by her side, Violet performed a song she wrote herself for the bride and groom. She sang all about love as the guests watched and each couple shared a sweet moment. But when the song came to an end, Carmine offered to cheers with Finn, and without thinking, he took a sip of the champagne.

Do you think this accidental drink could lead to Finn falling off the wagon? Let us know in the comments.
