‘The Masked Singer 12’ Episode 10 recap: Who was eliminated in the ‘Quarter Finals: Merging of the Masks’?

It is the Quarter Finals on “The Masked Singer” and the final four are coming in hot! For the first time, the group champions are all together to battle it out and share some pivotal clues. The celebrities turn up the heat with performances to songs like, “Standing Next To You,” “Iris,” “Closer” and “You’re Still The One.” Tune-in to see who will advance to the Semi-Finals and who will be unmasked in the all-new “Quarter Finals: Merging of the Masks” episode of “The Masked Singer” airing Wednesday, Dec. 4 (8:00-9:02 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

The Season 12 contestants boast 21 Grammy nominations, 14 Emmy nominations, and 202 film appearances. Five of them even know Taylor Swift! Play detective with panelists Robin Thicke, Rita Ora, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, and Ken Jeong. Nick Cannon hosts the wild and wacky fun on FOX!

At the end of this dramatic “Quarter Finals,” Goo was eliminated in fourth place. After singing “Iris” by Goo Goo Dolls, Goo lost an epic Smackdown to Strawberry Shortcake, where he sang “Hold On, I’m Comin'” by Sam & Dave. Prior to his unmasking, the panelists offered up their final guesses: John Cena (Rita), Shaquille O’Neal (Ken), Aaron Donald (Robin), and Kobie Turner (Jenny). When Goo pulled off his mask, he revealed himself to be Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle, Kobie Turner! Jenny was right!

Wasp kicked off the night with “Standing Next To You” by Jungkook. His waspy, soulful vocals and intricate dance moves had Robin buzzing, “That is Wasp I’m talkin’ about!” The panelists guessed Wasp was Mario (Rita), Usher (Ken), or Maxwell (Jenny). Are they right? Buffalo was the last to perform, singing “You’re Still the One” by Shania Twain. Following a vocal tour-de-force, Ken called them “heaven-sent” as he fought back tears.
