Melania Trump’s Alleged White House Plan Shows How She’s Trying Not to Make This Mistake Again
It’s no secret that Melania Trump wasn’t a big fan of the White House (especially when it came to the Christmas decorations debacle), and now, insiders claim she’s going to avoid doing this again when she and President-Elect Donald Trump go back to DC.
Sources recently spoke about how Melania has little to no desire to go back after Donald won the 2024 election.

“It is no secret Melania, by and large, loathed her time in the White House and that on leaving, she felt it cathartic,” they said to Daily Express US via MSN. “She told those close to her she had no desire to return and instead focused first and foremost on being there for their son, Barron.”
For those who don’t know, her and Donald’s son Barron Trump is currently attending NYU for his collegiate years, and is living in NYC. Because of this, it’s alleged that Melania won’t be leaving NYC for the White House.
They added, “Now he is at university. Melania has more time but no desire to use that time in Washington.”
Now, this isn’t the first time sources claimed this. Just earlier this week, sources told People that it’d be very unlikely for Melania to return full-time like she did during Donald’s first term.
“If Melania becomes first lady again, of course, people expect her to move into the White House and perform appropriate duties,” a source told People, noting how she’ll prioritize a private life. “She will have her private living apartment there, and she has her home in New York, and her home at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach. She will spend time in all of these places. This is not what she signed up for.”
So, when Donald goes back to the White House, it’s potential that Melania won’t be in the public eye as much as the first time around.
