Meyer Theatre announces 2024-25 season that includes Gunnar and Matthew Nelson, Pure Prairie League

GREEN BAY - Identical twin brothers Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, country music's the Gatlin Brothers and tributes to Loretta Lynn and Hall & Oates are among the acts announced for the Meyer Theatre's 2024-25 season.

The season once again includes a Country Package and a Classics Package, each with three shows.

Country Package

  • Gatlin Brothers, 7:30 p.m. Oct. 26. Brothers Larry, Steve and Rudy sing such hits as "All the Gold in California" and "Broken Lady" from a career that spans more than six decades.

  • Always Loretta, 7:30 p.m. Nov. 8. A tribute to the country music legend born a coal miner's daughter in Butcher Hollow, Kentucky.

  • Pure Prairie League and Firefall, 7:30 p.m. March 13. A double bill from two country-rock groups who found success in the '70s with "Amie," "You Are the Woman" and "Just Remember I Love You."

Classics Package

  • Ricky Nelson Remembered: 7:30 p.m. Oct. 25. Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, who had their own No. 1 hit as Nelson in 1990 with "(Can't Live Without Your) Love & Affection," will pay tribute to the music of their late father, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Ricky Nelson.

  • Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone: 7:30 p.m. Nov. 22. A night of nostalgia featuring such Hermits hits as "I'm Henry VIII, I Am" and "I'm Into Something Good."

  • No Can Do — A Tribute to Hall & Oates: 7:30 p.m. Jan. 25. Formed by vocalist Rich Hoffman of Wisconsin band Almighty Vinyl, the group celebrates the music of the famed duo of Daryl Hall and John Oates.

Season tickets on sale now; individual shows in August

Season tickets are on sale for $130 for the Country Package and $124 for the Classics Packages and can be purchased by calling 920-676-8883 or emailing [email protected]. Season tickets are less than buying the shows separately. Patrons can have the same seat for all performances.

Tickets for individual shows will go on sale at 11 a.m. Aug. 9 through Ticket Star. Prices will be announced at a later date.
