Michael Douglas Walks the Red Carpet With Kids Carys & Dylan & We’re Here for Their Coordinating Monochromatic Looks
Michael Douglas had the best dates to the New York screening of America’s Burning: his kids Carys and Dylan, who he shares with wife Catherine Zeta-Zones. It’s clear the siblings have similar tastes — or at least texted each other when getting ready for their big night out — because their coordinating monochromatic looks were *chef’s kiss.*
While Douglas — who also shares son Cameron, 45, with ex-wife Diandra Luker — stepped out in a dark suit and a blue button-down shirt, his kids went for light, neutral tones. Carys, 23, wore a white blazer with a white scoop-neck shirt underneath. She then rocked beyond-enviable white satin bottoms (can anyone who has her on speed dial let me know if it was a skirt or wide leg pants?) and gold sandals.

Meanwhile, her younger brother Dylan, 21, wore a light beige and white striped suit, a white button-down, and brown shoes. They perfectly nailed a sophisticated monochromatic look without being too matchy-matchy. Instead, they had an elevated twinning moment, and we love to see this kind of sibling synchrony.
In April, Douglas appeared on The TODAY Show and revealed how he gets his adult children to hang out with him and his wife.
“We’ve got good trips,” the actor said. “We seduce them with good places to go.” (Joking not joking!)
And if you can afford to seduce your kids with “good places to go,” all the power to you! But Douglas isn’t talking about your average road trip or visit to an amusement park. No, he and Zeta-Jones took Carys and Dylan to India this past December, and Carys was lucky enough to join her parents in France last May when they attended the Cannes Film Festival.
“Catherine and I are blessed with the fact that our kids Dylan and Carys still like to travel with us,” the Basic Instinct star said on TODAY. “ … We’re always planning next year, what our trips will be and where we’ll go.”
“It’s just a treat,” he said about hanging out with the pair. “Especially because we’re not forcing [them]. It’s like, ‘Catherine, look, they actually want to hang out with us!’”
And apparently they don’t only need to get on a plane to hang out — they could also just get on a red carpet. (No big deal.)
