Michaela Jaé Rodriguez stole the show at Netflix’s “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story” premiere held at The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood yesterday in Los Angeles.

The “Pose” star owned the star-studded event in a pair of classic black pumps hailing from Christian Louboutin. The style incorporated glossy black leather uppers, sharp triangular toes and 2 to 3-inch stiletto heels.

Like many Louboutin styles, Rodriguez’s footwear featured blood-red bottoms, an instantly recognizable touch that modernized the otherwise classic silhouette. Rodriguez has an immense love for Louboutin silhouettes much like this one. She has been spotted frequently wearing the brand’s footwear offering for formal occasions and beyond. Rodriguez’s pumps can be likened to the French designer brand’s “So Kate” style given its estimated heel height and construction.

The “Loot” star went for a matching moment, carrying the black and red color scheme of her footwear into her look for the night. Rodriguez was outfitted in a mini dress. The look, which was worn backward, included red silk lapels, a low back and a form fit. The garment was meant to mimic the tailored formal appearance of a blazer.

For shoes, Rodriguez frequently wears a range of minimalist footwear. Her red carpet outfits are frequently paired with stiletto-heeled sandals in monochrome neutral, jewel-colored, or metallic tones, hailing from top brands including Christian Louboutin. The show’s season centers around the 1989 murders of José and Kitty Menéndez, who were killed by their sons, Lyle and Erik. Actors portraying the real-life figures include Chlo? Sevigny, Javier Bardem, Nicholas Chavez and Cooper Koch.
