Molly Kearney Exiting ‘Saturday Night Live’ Ahead Of 50th Season
Check Molly Kearney off the cast list for the 50th season of Saturday Night Live.
Kearney announced on social media today that they won’t be returning for the 2024-25 run.

Kearney, the first nonbinary cast member in the show’s history, announced their departure one day after Punkie Johnson revealed she would not be returning for the 50th season. Kearney joined SNL for Season 48 in 2022, along with Marcello Hernandez, Michael Longfellow and Devon Walker.
Prior to SNL, Kearney appeared on Amazon’s A League of Their Own.

Current and former SNL cast members expressed support to Kearney in comments on their Instagram post. Molly Shannon wrote: “What an incredible run, Molly. Proud to know you. You make Cleveland proud.”
“My brother for life ?????????,” wrote Hernandez.
“Love you for life my dawg,” wrote Longfellow.
Chloe Troast added, “Love you so much.”
