Jamie and Claire's steamy reunion has 'Outlander' fans all worked up
It was the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Outlander finally delivered the long-awaited print shop reunion between Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) and Claire Fraser (Caitriona Balfe).
Of course, after being separated for two decades, they had some catching up to do. But not before a very built up first (in 20 years) kiss. It was a very long and dramatic moment, but felt so good.
Claire showed Jamie pictures of their daughter, Brianna, while Jamie revealed to Claire that he had a son. He then asked Claire about Frank and Claire explained that he died a few years ago, but was a great father to their daughter.
The reunion between the two continued to be awkward, which, with all the time that had passed, seems understandable. However, once the weird vibes passed, we were able to get to the good part.
“I am no longer the man you once knew. You and I, we know each other less than we did when we were first wed,” said Jamie to Claire. He went on to ask, “But I must know. Do you want me?”
And women all around the country simultaneously creamed “YES!” at their screens.
After a very slow undressing scene (because we already waited five episodes, what’s another five minutes?), Claire and Jamie finally made it to bed together and, after telling him to “Do it now and don’t be gentle,” the two had some steamy sex for quite a long time… twice.
But, most importantly, it was exactly what the fans wanted. One fan on Twitter wrote,
Everyone talking about The Walking Dead tonight and I’m over here like #Outlander pic.twitter.com/WjXGfSWUVm

While another shared,
Just watched #Outlander. I survived and only needed to be shocked with the defibrillator three times.

Even though one of the most iconic moments is over now, we can’t to see what happens next week. Especially since at the end of the episode, Claire is attacked by a mysterious man!
Outlander airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Starz.
