'The NeverEnding Story' to never end all over again?
Leonardo DiCaprio’s film production company is considering remaking/”rebooting” The NeverEnding Story. My first solemn wish is that they cast Mischa Barton. I’m hoping they don’t go through with this. Not because I hold that book sacred, not because the ’80s movie is a particularly excellent adaptation, not because the lesser-known sequel staring the late Jonathan Brandis is also totally acceptable, but because there are way too many other books that could make fantastic movies.

The Girl With the Silver Eyes (way less popular, but a personal pick)? The Egypt Game? The Mysterious Disappearance of Leon (I Mean Noel)? Give these books a chance!
