Did Jon Hamm Have to Be Told to Wear Underwear?

Jon Hamm's big ham is getting attention once again.

According to The New York Daily News (with several unnamed sources), the 42-year-old actor was politely told to wear underwear while filming Mad Men because the tight-fitting wardrobe in the period drama can be overly revealing otherwise. In the season premiere specifically, Hamm's character Don Draper vacations in Hawaii where he's clad in '60s-style short shorts. While we can't say for sure that he donned skivvies under his suit, from the looks of the set photos, he could use them.
