Olivia Dunne Gives Behind-the-Scenes Look Into 'SI Swim' Launch Party
To celebrate the launch of its 60th anniversary issue, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit held a multi-day, star-studded bash over the weekend that kicked off at the Hard Rock Hotel New York on Friday and swept down to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida. Olivia Dunne, who was making her rookie debut, was there for all of it—in one eye-popping look after another—and on Monday evening the 21-year-old shared some behind-the-scenes photos of the whirlwind event.
"No boys allowed," Dunne captioned the series of 10 photos, in which she appeared alongside several other models and influencers including Paige Spiranac (wearing almost matching black sheer dresses), Xandra Pohl, Tyra Banks, Camille Kostek, Brooks Nader, and Katie Austin.
The young women appeared to be having the time of their lives at the event, throwing back cocktails and goofing around. In two of the later images, they can be seen chowing down on pizza and McDonald's.
"If you are a boy… get away from us pls and thank you," Pohl commented on the post, along with a kiss-heart face emoji. "Obsessed you’re so hot," Spiranac likewise chimed in. "GIRLS WEEKEND," Kostek all-caps added.
Dunne's sister, Julz Dunne, who has amassed a modest social media following in her own right, also quipped: "Looks like a solid business trip."
The star LSU gymnast, who is graduating this spring, first revealed a sneak-peak of her rookie SI Swim spread back in November of last year, which marked her second outing with the magazine.
"Last year I said it was a dream come true, and nothing’s changed. It’s still a dream come true. I can’t believe I can call myself a rookie. It feels unreal," Dunne said at the time. "Ever since my last SI shoot, I feel like it just opened a bunch of new doors into the modeling world and media world. I announced at the ESPYs, I worked with new magazine brands, and it’s just been really cool."
Given the weekend she just had, you can say that again.
