Olympics Announcer Makes Perfectly-Timed Joke About Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift

Just because Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce aren't physically in Paris at the Olympics doesn't mean the celeb couple isn't there in spirit.

During NBC's coverage of the men's volleyball match between the United States and Germany on Tuesday, July 30, announcer Heather Cox decided to tease Jason Kelce after spotting him in the crowd.

“We’ve had a few celebrity appearances so far," Cox said. "Steph Curry coming out to support the women’s American team, Jason Kelce in the house supporting the American men during this game. You’ll know him as the brother of Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift’s boyfriend.”

One fan used the lyrics to Swift's "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me" for the perfect response on X, writing, "tell me everything is not about me but what if it is?"

With Travis currently at training camp with the Kansas City Chiefs and Swift performing in Poland on the Eras Tour, fans probably won't be seeing either star at the Olympic Games. Jason, however, has been spotted multiple times in Paris already.

As Parade previously reported, the former football center for the Philadelphia Eagles was asked by USA Rugby player Ilona Maher to be her team's "super fan" after narrowly defeating Maher's teammate Nicole Heavirland in an arm-wrestling challenge. He then solidified his status by wearing a shirt covered with Maher's face.

In addition to his Maher-themed shirt, Jason has made headlines for his Olympics style overall—including a pair of American flag shorts and a dark blue beret—with one fan even saying his Paris wardrobe "might rival his gameday fits."
