Outer Banks Shocker: [Spoiler] Might Be Pregnant Ahead of the Final Season
Outer Banks Season 4 has brought back the Pogues and a new hunt for treasure. After the events of Season 3 that saw them finally get the gold from El Dorado, the season sees the main characters John B. (Chase Stokes), Sarah (Madelyn Cline), Kiara (Madison Bailey), JJ (Rudy Pankow), Pope (Jonathan Daviss) and Cleo (Carlacia Grant) settle down, start a business and actually start living a normal life. At least, for a bit.
Season 4 brought with it a new quest for treasure after capitalism and some good old bad luck step in to put their new life at risk, as well as the big revelation that JJ is actually Larissa Genrette’s son and not a Pogue, but a Kook. At least by birth. And though the second part of the season, consisting of five more episodes, is sure to bring in even more twists for the group, people are anticipating one big personal one for the couple made up of John B. and Sarah.

In Outer Banks Season 4, Part 1, the two discuss kids after John B. shares his dream of moving out of the shared house and living just with Sarah, starting a family. Sarah, however, isn’t very thrilled with that, reminding John B. of how young they are. For some that felt like the end of the conversation. Others, however, think it was a red herring. Why bring it up if Sarah’s not going to get pregnant?
So, is Sarah Cameron pregnant in Outer Banks Season 4? Here’s everything we know.
Is Sarah Cameron pregnant in Outer Banks season 4?
The trailer for Season 4, Part 2 kicked off speculation that Sarah Cameron was indeed pregnant, as one particular scene in the trailer sees Sarah talking to Kiara, with Sarah telling her friend, “Maybe you could find, like, one positive thing?” as Kiara covers her mouth in shock. It’s, of course, not definitive, but it feels like a pretty good indication that something big might be happening, and considering who Sarah is talking to, pregnancy feels like it’s high on the list.

Add that to the fact that Sarah and John B. just brought up pregnancy in Outer Banks, Part 1 and Sarah seemed adamant against it, plus the recent announcement that Outer Banks is set to end with Season 5 and it feels like all the pieces are in place for Sarah Cameron to announce a pregnancy during Season 4, Part 2 and for the story to conclude just as she gives birth to the baby.
If the show wants to go out with a bang, it would be the perfect way to do it. Outer Banks has always been, in many ways, about how these kids build a family with each other, one that is much better than the family they were each born into. Now, the show can take that message even further by having Sarah and John B. expand that family with a baby of their own, a baby that will have a lot of aunts and uncles.
