Outraged ‘Big Brother’ fans are ‘done watching’ the show after Tucker eviction: ‘Bring him back!’
In just six short weeks, Tucker Des Lauriers cemented himself as one of the most memorable contestants in “Big Brother” history. On the competition front, he won one Head of Household, three Vetoes and two A.I. Arenas. But it was his unpredictable gameplay, wild looks and funny voices that really made him unique. Remember when he saved Angela Murray instead of himself? Remember when he blew up the Pentagon at a Veto meeting? Remember when he made his partner Rubina Bernabe cry when he exposed their showmance as the A.I. Instigator?
Immediately following Tucker’s eviction in the August 29 episode, “Big Brother” fans took to social media and our own Gold Derby comments section to express their outrage. Many of them are claiming they are “done watching” the long-running reality TV show, with one person even pleading for CBS to “bring him back!” Read a selection of their comments below.

During Tucker’s exit interview with host Julie Chen Moonves, the 30-year-old marketing executive from Brooklyn, New York exclaimed, “I like to play games! This was fun! I played as hard as I could.” And regarding his burgeoning relationship with Rubina, Tucker noted, “I’ve never met someone like her. She’s an amazing person and it’s going to be really hard to not see her for a while, but I’ll be watching and rooting for her very hard.” He then found out that America gave him $20,000 for successfully fulfilling his duties as the A.I. Instigator — not too shabby.
Tucker is now the sixth person to leave the Season 26 house following Matt Hardeman, Lisa Weintraub, Kenney Kelley, Cedric Hodges and Brooklyn Rivera. Who will be voted out next? Stay tuned.

Here are just some of the many colorful comments from outraged “Big Brother” fans regarding the Tucker eviction:
Sue: “We turned it off once we knew Tucker was out. We can’t stand Angela’s whining. We won’t be watching it any more this season.”
Tameria Lindley: “I am done watching it too. None of the ones left deserve anything at all. I don’t think I’ll ever watch again. They have lost me. Sorry T. You deserved it more than any one of them did. What a waste.”
Frances Work: “My heart is broken that Tucker was backstabbed and wound up evicted. Won’t be as exciting to watch now. Hopefully there might be a way for Tucker to get back into the house. Fingers crossed and prayers to the BB Gods. Come on Ainsley … bring him back!”
Davina Wellman: “I’m so freaking mad too! These people don’t know how to play this game at ALL! Tucker made the game fun and interesting to watch. Like the old ‘Big Brother’! May not watch cause it’ll be boring.”
Vickie Young: “I agree 100%. It’s not worth my time to watch crybaby Angela and ALL of the other boring people walk around. Bad move ‘Big Brother.’ Good luck on ratings for this season. I’m done.”
Deb: “Tucker truly deserved to win. Between winning close to every comp, he carried himself with respect and kindness.”
Eric Gambill: “They need to find some way to bring Tucker back after elimination. Those other people are boring and don’t deserve to win. Tucker was the life of that show.”
