Paris Jackson Gets Graphic in ’90s-inspired Sheer Look, Paris Hilton Pops in Y2K-pink Minidress for ‘Infinite Icon’ Album Release Party During NYFW

Paris Jackson and Paris Hilton styled looks that spoke to their individual style sensibilities for the Nylon Nights: NYFW x Paris Hilton “Infinite Icon” Album Release Party in New York City on Thursday. Jackson favored one of the hottest trends on the 2024 red carpet, while Hilton opted for her signature Y2K-pink style.

For the red carpet, Jackson opted for a graphic and sheer button-down blouse with flowing sleeves. She paired the piece with a black leather miniskirt and wore thigh-high shoes to complete the look. Jackson is the latest celebrity to embrace the sheer trend, which has been seen on such 2024 red carpets as the Tribeca Film Festival and ESPY Awards, among others.

As for Hilton’s red carpet attire, the new face of Agent Provocateur styled an ombre pink minidress with coordinated sunglasses and the Knife Knot pumps by Balenciaga, which featured a complementary pink hue and two bows for a feminine touch.

Hilton accessorized the look by carrying a small pink heart-shaped purse with “Paris” embossed on the front in gold. Once inside the event, Hilton changed her attire for a special performance.

For her performance look, Hilton wore a custom pink minidress from Michael NGO, complete with coordinated fingertip-less gloves and Stuart Weitzman boots, all shimmering with crystals. The skirt of the dress featured gladiator-style pleating.

Hilton’s blond locks were styled by Eduardo Ponce, with makeup by Melissa Hurkman. Her look was curated by stylist Sammy K., who has also worked with Jada Pinkett Smith and Megan Thee Stallion.

Though wearing contrasting styles, both Jackson and Hilton’s looks spoke to different sartorial trends while remaining true to their individual approach to fashion. Hilton’s looks were reminiscent of the Barbiecore trend from 2023, while Jackson’s spin on sheer elevated the style that’s been seen on various red carpets in 2024.
